中文版学龄前儿童睡眠障碍量表的信效度检验

【摘要】 背景 目前我国对学龄前儿童的睡眠障碍研究较少，且缺乏较为有效的量表进行筛查评估。目的
评价儿童睡眠障碍量表（SDSC）在中国学龄前儿童中的信度和效度，为拓展 SDSC 的学龄前儿童应用提供参考依据。
方法 于 2021 年 6—11 月，通过福建省计划生育协会组织网络，采用便利抽样法，在福建省福州市、泉州市、龙岩
市、三明市、南平市分别抽取城市和农村各 1 个社区的学龄前儿童进行问卷调查。通过课题研究专家组多次讨论，对
SDSC 条目进行了修改、筛选和评价论证，形成的中文版学龄前 SDSC 共 23 个条目、6 个维度，通过项目分析、信度分析、
效度分析、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析考评量表的信效度。结果 共发放调查问卷 402 份，回收有效问卷 370 份，
有效回收率为 92.04%。据中文版学龄前 SDSC 总分，采用临界比值法将 27% 作为分割线，前 27% 为高分组（n=106，
≥ 49 分）、后 27% 为低分组（n=113，≤ 37 分），两组各条目得分比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。中文版学
龄前 SDSC 的 Cronbach's α 系数为 0.86；中文版学龄前 SDSC 的评定者间一致性水平为 0.87，I-CVI 均 >0.78，Kappa

值均 >0.74，S-CVI/UA 为 0.87，S-CVI/Ave 为 0.98；中文版学龄前 SDSC KMO=0.85，Bartlett's 球形检验 χ =3 013.30，
P<0.001。采用主成分法共提取出 7 个特征根 >1 的公因子，可解释总变异的 65.125%；采用原量表 6 公因子结构可

解释总变异的 60.539%，各条目的因子负荷为 0.34~0.85。验证性因子分析显示，χ /DF=2.66，CFI=0.84，TLI=0.81，
SRMR=0.08，RMESA=0.08。结论 中文版学龄前 SDSC 问卷具有良好的信效度和适用性，能够全面、详细地评估学龄
前儿童的睡眠障碍，有利于临床医生早期筛查评估学龄前儿童的睡眠相关问题。

【Abstract】 Background There are less studies on sleep disturbance and limited effective screening and assessment
scales for sleep disturbance in Chinese preschoolers. Objective To assess the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of
Sleep Disturbance Scale for Children（SDSC-C） in Chinese preschoolers，providing evidence for expanding the application of
SDSC in preschoolers. Methods By use of convenience sampling，preschool children（3-5 years old） were selected as survey
participants for testing the psychometrics of the draft of the SDSC-C from one urban community and one rural community in each
of five cities（Fuzhou，Quanzhou，Longyan，Sanming and Nanping） of Fujian Province from June to November 2021 with
the assistance of the Fujian Family Planning Association Network，and their parents were selected as their agents to complete
