河南省农村地区 HIV/AIDS 患者生存质量

及影响因素研究

【摘要】 背景 人免疫缺陷病毒感染 / 艾滋病（HIV/AIDS）是一种严重危害公众健康的公共卫生事件，随着针
对 HIV/AIDS 患者社会支持政策的实施，患者的病死率明显下降，但是其目前的生存现状仍备受关注。目的 分析河
南农村地区 HIV/AIDS 患者的生存质量及其影响因素。方法 于 2020-06-03 至 2020-06-12 采用整群抽样方法选取河
南某地区疾病预防控制中心在册管理的且正在接受高效抗反转录病毒治疗（HAART）的 HIV/AIDS 患者，收集患者的
一般资料及实验室检查结果，采用世界卫生组织艾滋病生存质量简表（WHOQOL-HIV BREF）中文版对患者的生存质
量进行评估。采用多重线性回归分析探讨 HIV/AIDS 患者生存质量的影响因素。结果 发放调查表 415 份，回收合格
调查表 400 份，调查表合格率为 96.39%。400 例 HIV/AIDS 患者均为汉族，其中男性、50 岁以上、有配偶、无稳定收

入者居多，文化水平偏低，以血液传播感染为主，多数患者确诊时间 >8 年、HAART 持续时间 >8 年、CD 4 T 淋巴细
胞计数 >500 个 /μl。不同性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、收入方式、感染途径、确诊时间及 HAART 持续时间患
者的 WHOQOL-HIV BREF 总分比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。多重线性回归分析结果显示，年龄（β'=-0.152）、
婚姻状况（β'=0.171）、收入方式（β'=-0.138）、感染途径（β'=0.104）是 HIV/AIDS 患者生存质量的影响因素（P<0.05）。
结论 对于年龄 >50 岁、无配偶、无稳定收入、经血液传播的 HIV/AIDS 患者的生活质量应重点关注。

【Abstract】 Background HIV/AIDS is an issue that seriously endangers public health. With the implementation of
social support policies for people living with HIV/AIDS，although the mortality of them has decreased significantly，their survival
is still a big concern. Objective To understand the quality of life and influencing factors in people living with HIV/AIDS in
Henan rural areas. Methods By use of cluster sampling，we selected the persons living with HIV/AIDS treated by highly active
antiretroviral therapy（HAART） who were managed by the local center for disease control and prevention in a rural area of Henan
from June 3 to June 12，2020. We collected their general data and laboratory test findings，and assessed their quality of life using
the Chinese version of the WHOQOL-HIV BREF. We used multiple linear regression to identify the associated factors of quality
of life. Results A total of 415 cases attended the questionnaire survey，and 400 of them（96.39%）who effectively completed
the questionnaire were finally included for analysis. All the respondents were Han people，most of them were diagnosed over
