酱草、补骨脂为佐药，功效为活血化瘀，补肾滋阴，清
热解毒，利水消肿。现代药理研究表明，复方 SY 具有
GAPDH 调节机体免疫、抑制肾脏系膜细胞增殖、肾小球硬化、
炎细胞浸润等作用 ［8-10］ 。
注：α-SMA=α 平滑肌肌动蛋白，Collagen Ⅰ = Ⅰ型胶原蛋白， 本研究结果显示，小鼠 20 周龄时，MRL/lpr 组较
GAPDH= 甘油醛 -3- 磷酸脱氢酶
