1991—2021 年肝硬化营养研究热点及趋势可视化分析

【摘要】 背景 肝硬化作为一种慢性消耗性疾病，对患者身体机能和营养状态的影响逐渐被学术界重视。定期
回顾全球肝硬化营养领域研究热点，有助于推进我国肝硬化营养领域的创新和发展。目的 通过文献计量学方法梳理
与总结 1991—2021 年肝硬化营养领域相关研究并做可视化分析，探究该领域的发展情况、研究热点和发展趋势，以
期为今后肝硬化营养相关研究提供参考与借鉴。方法 以 Web of Science 数据库为来源，检索 1991—2021 年肝硬化营
养研究的相关文献，运用CiteSpace知识图谱分析工具中合作网络和共现网络两个功能，对肝硬化营养研究的国家、机构、
作者、关键词、突现关键词进行数据挖掘和可视化分析。结果 1991—2021 年肝硬化营养研究的文献共 1 520 篇，发
文量呈波浪式上升，2020 年及 2021 年发文量均突破 100 篇。美国是发文量（424 篇）和中介中心性（0.32）均位居第
一的国家。机构分布：梅奥诊所（美国）发文量（25 篇）及中介中心性（0.08）位居第一，其次是岐阜大学（日本）、
克利夫兰诊所（美国）、奥尔胡斯大学附属医院（丹麦）等。机构间形成以美国梅奥诊所、克利夫兰诊所为中心的美
洲合作网络和以德国柏林查理特医科大学、瑞典卡罗斯卡学院为中心的欧洲合作网络。作者合作网络图谱共纳入 891
位作者，以 TANDON P、KAWAGUCHI T 为代表；高频关键词包括营养状况、肝移植、身体成分等，关键词突现分析
中肌肉减少症的突现程度最高（突现强度 26.170 9）。结论 有关营养评估、肝移植和身体成分等内容的研究是肝硬
化营养领域的研究热点，肝硬化伴肌肉减少症患者营养不良的病理生理机制和对此类患者的营养管理是今后研究的重
点方向。

【Abstract】 Background Cirrhosis is a chronic consumption disease，whose impact on patients' physical function
and nutritional status has been increasingly valued by the academic community. It is helpful to promote the innovation and
development in nutrition for cirrhosis in China by reviewing the hotspots in global research on nutrition for cirrhosis periodically.
Objective To perform a bibliometric and visualized review of the development，hotspots，and trends of studies on nutrition for
cirrhosis published from 1991 to 2021，providing a reference for future studies related to nutrition in cirrhosis. Methods The
studies about nutrition in cirrhosis published during 1991-2021 were searched from the database of Web of Science. Collaboration
and co-occurrence network analyses supported by CiteSpace were used for data mining and visualization analysis of countries，
institutions，authors，keywords，and burst keywords relevant to studies of nutrition in cirrhosis . Results A total of 1 520
studies were finally included，the yearly number of these studies demonstrated a wave-like growth during the period of 1991-
2021，in particular，it exceeded 100 in 2020 and 2021. The U.S. ranked first in terms of the number of published studies （424）
