Advertising Policy
Chinese General Practice was founded in 1998, approved by National Press and Publication Administration, governed by National Health Commission, and sponsored by the Chinese Hospital Association and the Chinese General Practice Publishing House Co.,Ltd. All advertisers must ensure the authenticity of their advertising content, strictly comply with the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant regulations. Advertising design and review are the responsibility of advertisers, with a size of 210 mm × 285 mm, in PDF or JGP format, resolution of 300 dpi or above. All advertising content shall be marked as “Advertisement” and published strictly in accordance with the "Advertising Review Form". Unauthorized changes are not allowed. If changes are needed, a new advertising approval should be conducted. All advertising will be discussed and collectively decided by the editorial office at our meetings. The commercial content will be completely separated from academic content. Advertising will not affect the editors' decision to accept manuscripts. In case of potential conflicts of interest, authors, editors and reviewers will disclose the information in accordance with relevant national regulations and guidelines of COPE and ICMJE. This journal reserves the right to delete, modify, and any inappropriate content in the advertisement and the right of final interpretation.
The deadline for the advertising application is 4 weeks before the publication date. If an advertisement is required to be published within 4 weeks, a 30% expedited fee is required. If the advertisement is changed or altered, written notice must be given 4 weeks before the publication date. If the advertisement is cancelled within 8 weeks before the publication date, 50% of the advertising fee should be paid as compensation. The advertising fee needs to be paid in full before the advertisement is published.
