Fulminant Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus Following Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus：Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment and Literature Review

Abstract

Abstract: Fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus is a novel subtype of type 1 diabetes mellitus. It is a relatively rare disease with no sufficiently clear pathogenesis. With rapid onset and progression，notably destroyed or even failed pancreatic β-cell function as the main clinical features，the prognosis of this disease is very poor. This paper reported a case of fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus following type 2 diabetes mellitus，and analyzed her clinical features and treatment experience by reviewing relevant literature，so as to improve clinicians' understanding of the disease.

摘要： 暴发性1型糖尿病是1型糖尿病的新亚型，临床上较为少见，确切发病机制尚不完全明确。暴发性1型糖尿病患者的主要临床特点是起病急、病情进展迅速、β细胞功能显著破坏甚至衰竭，预后极差。本文报道了1例继发于2型糖尿病的暴发性1型糖尿病患者并结合相关文献分析了其临床特征及诊疗经过，以提高临床医师对该病的认识。
