Application of Intervention Mapping in the Development of Chronic Disease Health Promotion Programs：a Literature Review and Enlightenments

Abstract

Abstract: The intervention mapping（IM） provides a systematic and rigorous framework for the development of intervention plans，which includes six steps:needs assessment，change and preference objectives，program design，program production，program implementation plan，and evaluation plan.This approach emphasizes the application of theory and evidence，while requiring a precise strategy for the practice transformation of intervention plans.It has been widely used in health care，especially in the development and optimization of health promotion or education programs for people with chronic diseases，serving as important guidance for chronic disease management.The aim of this paper is to comprehensively review the application status of IM in developing chronic disease health promotion programs，with detailed analysis of the target population，application process，benefits and limitations，providing a normative，systematic，scientific and rigorous framework for the development of chronic disease health promotion projects in China.

摘要： 干预框架图为干预方案的制定提供了一套系统且严谨的框架，强调理论和证据的应用，同时要求明确方案的实践转化策略，具体包括需求评估、明确改变目标和预期目标、设计方案框架、干预方案制定、实施方案及应用和评价计划制定六大步骤。该方法自提出以来，在健康领域尤其是慢性病健康教育或健康促进项目的开发和调整中得到了广泛的应用，为慢性病健康管理提供了一套重要的指导方法。本文拟从慢性病视角切入，对干预框架图在慢性病健康促进项目开发中的应用现状进行综述，综合分析其应用人群、应用过程、益处及不足等，以期为我国慢性病健康促进项目的开发和设计提供一套规范、系统、科学、严谨的指导框架。
