Management Progress of Perioperative Pain for Ankle Fracture

Abstract

Abstract: The ankle joint is the largest weight-bearing joint in human bodies and the ankle fracture is the most common infra-articular fracture.Because of the special anatomic structure of ankle joint，the fracture is often accompanied by severe pain and swelling，which brings suffering to patients.This paper analyzed the commonly used pain assessment tools，influencing factors of perioperative pain，perioperative pain management nurses' perception of pain assessment，patients and their families' understanding in pain and analgesic methods，implementation of the pain assessment-intervention-reassessment method，so as to improve the quality of perioperative pain management of ankle fracture by improving the knowledge level of pain in medical staff，popularizing the proper understanding of pain and standardizing the pain management process.

摘要： 踝关节是人体最大的负重关节，踝关节骨折居关节内骨折之首。由于踝关节特殊的解剖结构，骨折后常伴有较重的疼痛与肿胀，为患者带来痛苦。本文分析目前常用的疼痛评估工具、踝关节骨折围术期疼痛影响因素、围术期疼痛管理、护士对患者疼痛评估、患者及家属对疼痛及镇痛方式的认知、疼痛评估-干预-再评估措施的落实情况；期望临床可从提高医护人员疼痛知识水平、普及大众正确认识疼痛、规范疼痛管理流程方面着手进行踝关节骨折围术期疼痛管理质量改进。
