山东省老年人服药依从性现状及影响因素分析

摘要: 背景 老年人常患多种慢性病,需要接受多种药物治疗,不少患者会因种种因素难以持续或规范用药,导致病情控制效果差及不理想的医疗结果,因此了解老年人的服药依从行为现状及其影响因素对于改善和提高服药依从性有重要意义。目的 旨在探讨山东省主动健康示范区域老年人服药依从性情况,并分析影响其服药依从性的因素,为该地区老年人用药行为管理提供有效的参考依据。方法 通过多阶段随机抽样的方式对该地区老年人进行问卷调查,并对相关结果进行统计分析。结果 纳入研究的老年人共5447人,Morisky量表平均得分为(6.33±1.31)分,服药依从性处于良好水平,回归分析表明性别、婚姻状况、健康相关态度、行为改变意愿和生命质量是影响老年人服药依从性的重要因素(P<0.05)。结论 山东省老年人服药依从性良好,且健康相关态度、行为改变意愿和生命质量等多种因素显著影响了服药依从性,在制定老年人服药依从性干预策略中,应加强对这些因素的管理。

Abstract: Background The elderly often suffer from a variety of chronic diseases and need to receive a variety of drug treatments, and many patients will be difficult to sustain or standardize medication due to various factors, resulting in poor disease control and unsatisfactory medical outcomes, so it is of great significance to understand the current status and influencing factors of medication adherence behavior of the elderly to improve and enhance medication adherence. Objective To investigate the medication adherence of the elderly in the active health demonstration area of Shandong Province, and to analyze the factors affecting their medication adherence, so as to provide an effective reference for the management of medication behavior of the elderly in this area. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the elderly in the region by multi-stage random sampling, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 5447 elderly people were included in the study, with an average score of (6.33±1.31) on the Morisky scale, and the medication adherence was at a good level, and regression analysis showed that gender, marital status, health-related attitudes, willingness to change behavior, and quality of life were important factors affecting the medication adherence of the elderly (P<0.05). Conclusion The medication adherence of the elderly in Shandong Province is good, and various factors such as health-related attitudes, willingness to change behavior, and quality of life significantly affect the medication adherence, and the management of these factors should be strengthened in the development of medication adherence intervention strategies for the elderly.
