摘要: 背景 实施健康中国战略,必须提高全民健康水平。大学生健康状况关系到民族昌盛和国家富强,是值得高度关注的重要课题。目的 调查当前我国大学生自测健康状况,并分析其影响因素。方法 2018年5—7月,采用多阶段分层整群抽样法抽取全国11所高校的3 000名大学生为调查对象,采用自行设计的《大学生自测健康评定调查问卷》进行现场调查,内容包括社会人口学资料(性别、专业、家庭所在地、父母学历、父母职业阶层、家庭经济状况、家庭社会地位、是否为贫困生)、自评健康评定量表(SRHMS V1.0,包含生理、心理、社会健康子量表)。采用多元线性回归分析探讨大学生SRHMS V1.0各子量表得分及其总分的影响因素。结果 共发放问卷3 000份,回收有效问卷2 870份,有效回收率为95.67%。大学生SRHMS V1.0总分为(66.56±6.13)分,生理健康子量表得分为(76.14±7.12)分,心理健康子量表得分为(54.10±6.27)分,社会健康子量表得分为(68.55±14.52)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,性别(β=0.767)、家庭社会地位(β=1.542)是大学生生理健康子量表得分的影响因素(P<0.05);性别(β=-0.827)、母亲职业阶层(β=-0.582)、家庭社会地位(β=0.864)、家庭经济状况(β=0.758)是大学生心理健康子量表得分的影响因素(P<0.05);性别(β=1.350)、父亲学历(β=-0.842)、家庭社会地位(β=5.431)、家庭经济状况(β=2.966)、是否为贫困生(β=-1.863)是大学生社会健康子量表得分的影响因素(P<0.05);母亲职业阶层(β=-0.454)、家庭社会地位(β=2.292)、家庭经济状况(β=1.033)是大学生SRHMS V1.0总分的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 大学生自测健康状况总体处于一般水平。应重点关注不同性别、父母学历不同、父母职业阶层不同、家庭经济状况不同、家庭社会地位不同、是否为贫困生的大学生,并采取多样化健康管理服务、团体辅导干预等方式来有效提升大学生整体健康水平。
