摘要: 脑卒中位居我国居民各种死因的首位,是危害健康的公共卫生问题。脑卒中具有高发病率、高死亡率和高病残率的特点,给患者、家庭和社会带来沉重的负担。随着我国经济发展和居民生活方式的改变,人群脑卒中的流行特征有了新的变化。虽然我国脑卒中防治工作已取得初步成绩,但其防治工作目前仍存在较大提升空间。脑卒中防治的“关口前移”“重心下移”策略就是要强化和重视基层社区卫生服务。本文通过回顾现阶段我国脑卒中的流行病学特征和防治现状,从证据角度去透视我国全科医疗服务中脑卒中防治需求及存在的问题,希望能为我国全科医疗服务提供有益的启示和建议。

Abstract: Stroke is the leading cause of death among Chinese residents,which is a public health problem that endangers health.Stroke is characterized by high morbidity,mortality and disability,which brings heavy burden to patients,families and society.With the development of economy and the change of lifestyle of residents in China,epidemiological characteristics of stroke in the population have changed markedly.Although some progress has been made in stroke prevention and treatment in China,which is far from enough to meet the needs.Community-based strategies for stroke prevention and treatment mean that priority should be given to efforts to strengthen stroke services at the grass-roots level.This paper reviews the epidemiological characteristics,prevention and treatment of stroke in China recently,with a focus on analyzing the needs and problems of stroke prevention and treatment in primary health care in China,hoping to provide evidence-based recommendations for primary stroke care in China.
