本土化团体治疗对强制隔离戒毒的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 强制隔离戒毒是我国目前主要的戒毒手段。戒毒的关键不仅是生理脱毒，更重要的是戒除“心瘾”。由于强制隔离戒毒机构的工作职能局限、矫治干警的身份特殊、强制隔离戒毒机构心理治疗技术单一性等问题，加之后续照管制度不完善等因素，导致强制隔离戒毒的复吸率高。本研究探索本土化团体治疗的方法，整合多种治疗技术、设置多个治疗模块，系统地、大剂量地、针对性地对戒毒者开展团体治疗，以提高治疗效率和效果，降低复吸率，为构建科学、有效的戒毒模式提供依据。

Abstract: Compulsory isolation is the main method of drug rehabilitation in China.Key to this method's success is not only physical rehabilitation but，more importantly，removing "addictedness".Compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation is associated with a high relapse rate，owing to the limitations of the work functions of the compulsory isolation agencies，the special role of police officers，and limitations in the practices of the related agencies，as well as the incompleteness of the follow-up care system.Our study explored a method of localized group therapy that integrates multiple techniques and modules.The high-dose，systematic group therapy was performed on a target population to improve efficacy and reduce relapse.Our study also provides evidence of the establishment of a scientific and effective drug rehabilitation model.
