代谢减重手术治疗肥胖症患者阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目前，肥胖症已经成为困扰我国及世界的严重健康问题，肥胖症及其并发症造成了巨大的医疗资源的消耗。阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）是一种在睡眠过程中反复出现的以呼吸暂停、低通气、血氧饱和度下降和睡眠结构紊乱等为特征的疾病。近年来不断有证据显示，睡眠障碍可能是造成肥胖症的重要病因之一，而肥胖症也可以导致其他睡眠相关的疾病。代谢减重手术能显著降低肥胖症患者体质量，迅速改善肥胖症患者的异常代谢，显著缓解、甚至治愈肥胖症的并发症包括2型糖尿病、高血压和高脂血症等。目前研究显示，代谢减重手术能有效治疗OSAHS，术前合并OSAHS的肥胖症患者术后OSAHS症状能得到有效缓解。本文就目前已有研究对代谢减重手术治疗肥胖症患者OSAHS的情况做一综述。

Abstract: Obesity is a serious global health problem nowadays.Obesity and its complications pose a huge burden on medical resources.Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS） is a disease characterized by repetitive episodes of paused breathing，hypoventilation，reduced blood oxygen saturation and sleep disorders.In recent years，there are increasing evidences that OSAHS may be one of the main causes of obesity，and obesity can lead to other sleep-related diseases.Metabolic and bariatric surgery can significantly reduce the body weight and improve the abnormal metabolism of the obese patients.After surgery，many complications caused by obesity such as type 2 diabetes，hypertension and hyperlipidemia can be relieved and even be cured.Recent researches show that OSAHS in obese patients can be relieved effectively after receiving metabolic and bariatric surgery.In this article，we make a review about the effect of metabolic and bariatric surgery on OSAHS.
